juz had my run..nabeh..damn shagged..muscles cramped etc..wah seh..10mths nv run le..nw suddenly run can die man..lol..anyway i wun juz gif up..gonna continue wif my exercise schedule..

2dae had a haircut in the afternoon..wah lao eh..2dae my hairstylist was nt here..so i had 2 settle 4 another 1..den i duno wad she cutting..cut till lyk duno wad litad..nw one side of my fringe is long..den e other side lyk no fringe..tmd..nxt tme wun let her cut le..anyway zhili, if u're reading my blog u confirm gt phobia again de..the word 'cut' keeps appearing in tis post..dun b scared k ? Wahahahaha..face up 2 reality..my frens noe wad i'm toking abt..

so ltr gonna go buy dinner..shun bian buy 100Plus 2 drink..restore all my salt..k la..i go play Maple le..2nite gonna watch e channel u show again..finale..cya tml =)
